360° coverage
Patented dome shape distributes water across the full underside, regardless of fire origin
Low-profile access
Slides easily under vehicles to reach the battery pack
Different incidents and operating conditions require different approaches.
The Turtle Fire Systems range is designed to give departments flexibility—whether responding to high-demand incidents, working with limited water supply, or operating in more constrained environments.
Many larger departments choose to carry more than one system, ensuring they have the right capability available for different scenarios.

Patented dome shape distributes water across the full underside, regardless of fire origin
Slides easily under vehicles to reach the battery pack

Rounded system promotes smooth, consistent flow, avoiding turbulence created by square designs
Hole sizing delivers a column of water for rapid heat absorption while allowing debris to pass through
100% welded steel body designed for high heat and close proximity
Pipe provides leverage, protects the hose from heat, and helps maintain water flow if the vehicle shifts or drops
Designed for high-demand incidents where maximum flow and coverage are required.
The Turtle Fire System delivers sustained, high-volume water across the battery area using a 360° pattern, helping cool and control EV fires without relying on precise positioning. Its low-profile, dome-shaped design allows it to sit under the vehicle while maintaining distance between crews and the hazard.
Built from welded steel and tested to withstand up to 44,000 pounds, it’s stronger and more heat-resistant than aluminum.
Best suited for departments with strong water supply and incidents where maximum output and coverage are needed.
Compact design. Same approach.
The Mini Turtle is slightly lighter and takes up less space on the rig, making it easier to store and carry—without changing how it operates on scene. Built with the same rugged durability and able to be quickly assembled and deployed, it maintains the primary objective: effective cooling at the source while keeping firefighters out of harm’s way.
Same function. Same objective. Same forceful water application. Just a smaller footprint.
Built for limited water supply environments.
The Mini Turtle LF (Limited Flow) was developed in response to feedback from fire departments facing unique water challenges. From rural departments relying on tankers or tenders to infrastructure and maritime environments like bridges, tunnels, and ferries where water pressure is limited, crews needed a solution that could operate effectively with controlled water supply.
The LF delivers a controlled, forceful stream directly onto the battery pack, allowing crews to operate longer without exhausting water.
